Company and personal information entered on the booking form may be displayed in certain marketing items connected with idac 19 including the event website and in the event directory. The responsibility for accuracy of this information rests solely with delegates and the companies they represent.

 

Mobile phone numbers are only used for organisational purposes and will not be displayed in any online or printed documents.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

idac 19 delegate fees include, participation in the official conference programme, as published on the idac 19 website, lunch on both conference days and a place at the idac International Fuel Retailing Awards dinner on the evening of 26 November.

Cancellations

  

Cancellations should be submitted by email to idac@mcleanevents.com. Delegates cancelling  prior to 1 October 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of the booking price paid. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 1 October 2019. Substitutions can be made at anytime, but are subject to a 10% service fee.

 

Should idac 19 be cancelled by the organiser, payments will be refunded in full. In unforeseen circumstances, if the event is cancelled through no fault of the organiser, resulting in idac 19 having to be postponed, the organisers reserve the right to transfer monies paid in respect of idac 19 to the rescheduled event.

   

Travel insurance and visas as appropriate must be arranged independently by delegates. Such matters are not the responsibility of McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd.

  

 The place of jurisdiction in matters of law shall be the place of business of McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd. As such the Law of the United Kingdom shall apply in all matters.

 

Attendees at idac 19 agree to the use of all photographs and video material taken at the event, being published and utilised in connection with promoting future events organised by McLean Events, Conferences & Media Ltd.
